Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using TrackEcom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of TrackEcom, including sellers, business owners, and any other individuals who access the platform.

TrackEcom is a business analytics and reconciliation dashboard designed for Indian marketplace sellers. The Service allows you to:

• Upload and analyse order, payment, and return data from platforms such as Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra.
• View profit & loss (P&L) reports, payment settlements, and return summaries.
• Use tools including catalog image uploading, PDF label cropping, and SKU cost management.

TrackEcom is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, or any other marketplace.

You must register for an account to use TrackEcom. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@trackecom.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree to use TrackEcom only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Upload data that you do not have the right to share or process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business data you upload to TrackEcom (orders, payments, returns, SKU costs, etc.). We do not claim any rights over your data.

Our Platform: TrackEcom's software, design, branding, algorithms, and all related intellectual property are owned by TrackEcom and protected under applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.

Certain features of TrackEcom may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@trackecom.in within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

TrackEcom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• P&L calculations, reports, and analytics are based on data you upload and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
• TrackEcom is not responsible for decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackEcom and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use (or inability to use) the Service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in reports resulting from incorrect or incomplete data uploaded by the user.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrackEcom in the 3 months preceding the claim.

TrackEcom may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. Meesho Supplier Panel, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Accessing them is at your own risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@trackecom.in. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification.

Continued use of TrackEcom after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
