Easy Process

Email us and we'll resolve it within 3–5 business days.

1. Subscription Plans

TrackEcom offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans are billed in advance for the subscription period chosen at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Free Trial

If TrackEcom offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

No refund is applicable for free trial periods, as no charge is made during this time.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge.
  • Service outage or technical failure: If TrackEcom experiences a significant outage (4+ consecutive hours) that is our fault and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
  • Subscription renewals β€” please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • Partial use of the subscription period (e.g. cancelling mid-month after the 7-day window).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control, such as marketplace (Meesho, Flipkart, etc.) policy changes or data format changes.
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases (if applicable).

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your TrackEcom subscription at any time by:

  • Going to Settings β†’ Billing inside your TrackEcom account and clicking Cancel Subscription.
  • Emailing us at support@trackecom.in with your registered email address and the subject line "Cancel Subscription".

After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that. No partial refunds are given for the remaining days in the billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@trackecom.in with the following details:

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to dispute it and recover the amount.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of TrackEcom after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
