Meesho Payment Cycle

• T+7 settlement: Payment for a delivered order is released 7 days after delivery confirmation
• Weekly batches: Payments are processed weekly, typically on fixed days
• Bank credit: Takes 1–2 business days after Meesho processes the settlement

Understanding Your Meesho Payment Statement

Download your Payment Statement from Supplier Panel → Payments → Download Statement. The XLSX file contains:

Sub-order Number	Unique ID for each item in the order
Transaction Type	Forward (sale), Return, Claim credit
Sale Amount	Customer's buying price
Commission	Meesho's fee deducted
TCS	1% withheld for GST compliance
Shipping Charges	₹0 for forward; return charges for RTOs
Net Settlement	Amount actually credited to your bank

How to Verify Your Meesho Settlement Is Correct

1. For each order, calculate: Sale Amount × (1 − Commission Rate) − TCS
2. Compare with the Net Settlement column
3. Flag any order where your calculation > Net Settlement by more than ₹5
