When Should You Raise a Meesho Claim?
You should raise a claim whenever Meesho's outcome doesn't match what actually happened with your order:
- Return received contains a different or damaged product
- Order marked RTO but was actually delivered
- Order delivered but payout is missing from settlement
- Return shows as received by Meesho but you never got it back
Types of Meesho Claims
- Wrong Return — Customer returned a different product
- Damaged Return — Product returned in damaged/used condition
- Missing Item — Return package arrived empty
- False RTO — Courier marked non-delivery falsely
- Payout Mismatch — Settlement amount differs from expected
How to Raise a Claim on Meesho
- Login to Meesho Supplier Panel
- Go to Claims → New Claim
- Enter the Sub Order Number
- Select the claim type
- Upload evidence: unboxing video, weight slip, delivery photo
- Submit and note the Ticket ID
Evidence That Wins Claims
- Unboxing video — Most important; record every RTO unboxing
- Weight slip from courier — Proves the returned package weight
- Original invoice — Shows what you sent
- Delivery partner screenshot — For false RTO claims
