The AWB (Air Waybill) number is the unique tracking code on every Meesho shipping label. It's how the courier tracks the package and how Meesho monitors your dispatch performance. Getting your AWB labels downloaded, cropped, and printed correctly is essential for smooth daily dispatch.
What Is a Meesho AWB Label?
A Meesho AWB label contains:
- AWB Number — Unique barcode and number for this shipment
- Delivery Address — Customer's name, address, pin code, phone
- Seller Address — Your pickup/return address
- Courier Partner — Delhivery, Shadowfax, XpressBees, etc.
- Order Details — SKU, quantity, order ID
- Barcode — For courier scanning at pickup and delivery checkpoints
How to Download Meesho AWB Labels in Bulk

Printing Meesho AWB Labels Correctly
For A4 Laser/Inkjet Printers
- Print at 100% / Actual Size — never "Fit to Page"
- Stick the label on the package with clear tape covering the entire label
- Ensure the barcode is flat and not folded or wrinkled
For Thermal Label Printers (4×6)
- Use the cropped label PDF — the AWB area fits exactly on 4×6 thermal paper
- Print at 100% scale — do not shrink or enlarge
- Thermal print is permanent — no smudging, waterproof, barcode scans reliably
Common AWB Label Printing Mistakes
- Barcode folded during sticking — courier can't scan, causes delay or return
- Label printed too small — using "fit to page" compresses the barcode
- Wrong label on wrong package — prevented by SKU-wise grouping
- Ink smudged — use a thermal printer or wait for ink to dry before sticking
Frequently Asked Questions

The courier will not be able to process the package for pickup. You'll need to reprint the label and contact your Meesho pickup agent to reschedule. This can affect your dispatch performance score.
Can I reprint a Meesho AWB label?
Yes. Go to Meesho Supplier Panel → Orders → find the order → Download Label. You can reprint as many times as needed.
How long is a Meesho AWB number valid?
AWB labels are valid until the order is dispatched or cancelled. Once dispatched, the AWB is live for tracking until delivery or return.
